It was Rakesh & Alon’s goal of providing customers with a unique “Fast Food” experience that included the highest quality and freshest products, baked daily in an environment that is as GREEN as GREEN can be. The CRISP menu can be best described as an “eclectic fusion” of century old Mediterranean/Vegetarian Recipes accompanied by custom, house blended iced teas at affordable prices. From our critically acclaimed Falafel “HANDBAG” Sandwiches to our Custom Hummus Salad Bowls to our new Breakfast Menu, CRISP customers can have it all…Healthwise, Flavor Smart and Nutritious Food. In a very short time, the ever growing chain of CRISP restaurants, have become one of New York City’s most talked about new restaurant concepts.
